Host an SVCA Event

Let the Silicon Valley Concierge Association work for you:

Everyday concierges tell the visitors what, where, how to spend their money while visiting the Silicon Valley.  You need to include the hotel and corporate concierges in your marketing projects.  With product knowledge, education and training tell are able to sell your product. Think of ways to interact with our association.

Hosting a Monthly Business Meeting:

The SVCA holds meetings once a month on the third Thursday  from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. The business meeting consists of board members. Food and beverages are served. Should you choose to host the meeting, you will be invited to be the first speaker. Please bring brochures and items to discuss regarding your product or service. (The private board meeting is exclusively for SVCA business)

Hosting or Co-Hosting a Member Social Event

Social events offer the host exclusive interaction with SVCA members. Events can be held at any time and should accommodate at least thirty people. Social events give you the opportunity to address our membership directly and present your product or service. We will be happy to send out the invitation by email and follow-up with receiving the RSVP’s. If you should wish to send out an invitation by mail we will gladly address the invitations. (Mail costs will be handled by the event person)

The SVCA hosts an annual hospitality awards dinner to recognize individuals and members for their various “The Best of in the Industry”.  We look towards the industry to help with putting on the event.
