Mission

Established in 1995, the Silicon ValleyConcierge Association is a non-profit professional association dedicated to the education and advancement of its members. We are proud to have members within various business types that employ workers who provide service and information to visitors throughout Silicon Valley.

The primary objective of the SVCA is to offer support for our members who will provide outstanding performance in the important role of the concierge and customer service. Members will enhance their skills through meetings, seminars, familiarization trips, newsletters, concierge website, networking and friendships.

Key to Success

Companies look for employees with a broad experience including involvement in community activities, the ability to communicate well with peers, to make good decisions, to work effectively in teams, to manage themselves well and to lead. Success is networking and resourcefulness guided by integrity, ethics, leadership, passion and humor.
