We are a non-profit association of hotels, corporate concierges and merchants.  Our general membership includes the Santa Clara County/Silicon Valley, the San Francisco Bay Area, and east to Yosemite and south to the Monterey peninsula.  Our current membership represents well over 1,000 members.

Since 1995 the Silicon Valley Concierge Association has been recognized as the leading professional organization dedicated to the education and advancement of its members.

The SVCA support our many community hospitality programs, the San Jose State University Hospitality Program, Foothill/De Anza College Travel Program, HSMAI, NACE, Silicon Valley Tour Guides and the Oak Grove High School Travel Program.  The purpose of the association is to provide information in the Hospitality Industry through the education of our members.

As part of our “Goal” we believe that networking and knowledge benefit all of us. The art of creating and maintaining positive relationships is a significant success factor in this industry. While working side by side with corporations, hotels, attractions, museums, wineries, restaurants, theatres and the tourism industry, leaders such as the Santa Clara Chamber of Commerce & Convention Visitors Bureau, the San Jose Convention Visitors Bureau, Team San Jose, Silicon Valley San Jose Chamber of Commerce, the Redevelopment Agency San Jose and the Downtown San Jose City Agency, we are committed to provide an important source of information to our members.

A Board of Directors meeting is held monthly in addition to sponsored meetings to network, i.e., seminars, familiarization events as well as training programs on the important and vital role of a CONCIERGE.  An editorial, Valley Access Magazine is available to members with a resource of information.
